Limbe Market Vendors say no to lockdown

Some Vendors  in Limbe market on Friday morning 17 April 2020 demonstrated  against the closure of Limbe main market.

This comes after similar demonstrations took place on Thursday 16 April 2020 in Mangochi and Mzuzu where vendors expressed their anger to government decision    for imposing a 21 day lockdown as a means to prevent the spread of Covid 19 in Malawi.

LIMBE MARKET VENDORS SAY NO TO LOCKDOWNThe angry venders burned tyres cousing some streets in Limbe impassable.

Currently, Malawi has 16 people affected by Covid 19  and  two deaths.
